  • Usage analytics (feature usage, call volume)
  • Device and browser information

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve the FleetDial service
  • Process calls on your behalf
  • Bill for services and process payments
  • Send service-related communications
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Service providers: Telnyx (telephony), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), Deepgram (transcription), Stripe (payments), Google Cloud (infrastructure)
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or court order
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • 256-bit TLS encryption for data in transit
  • AES-256 encryption for data at rest
  • Access controls and audit logging
  • Regular security assessments
  • SOC 2 Type II compliance (in progress)

5. HIPAA Compliance

For healthcare customers, we offer HIPAA-compliant data handling and are willing to execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Contact us at legal/baa to request a BAA.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Call recordings are retained for 90 days by default (configurable). Upon account termination, data is deleted within 30 days.

You have the right to:

  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your data in a machine-readable format
  • Opt out of marketing communications

8. Cookies

Our marketing site uses essential cookies for functionality and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

9. Children's Privacy

FleetDial is not intended for use by individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
