Fleet Stats
Every fleet's detail page shows four key metrics at a glance:
Total Calls
Number of calls made or received by this fleet.
Total Minutes
Cumulative call duration across all agents.
Success Rate
Percentage of calls with a positive outcome.
Payments Collected
Total dollar amount collected via payment links.
Analytics Dashboard
The dedicated Analytics page in the sidebar provides a comprehensive view across all your fleets:
- Call volume over time — Daily/weekly/monthly call trends
- Outcome breakdown — How calls resolved (paid, scheduled, transferred, etc.)
- Payment tracking — Revenue collected over time
- Agent utilization — How many concurrent agents are active vs. capacity
- Average call duration — Track efficiency trends
Call Transcripts
Every call generates a full transcript. View what the AI agent said, what the caller said, and what actions were taken. Transcripts are searchable and can be reviewed for quality assurance.
Call Recordings
Call recordings are stored securely and encrypted at rest. Access them from the call detail page or the analytics dashboard. Recordings can be downloaded or deleted at any time.
