Fleet Management

A fleet is a team of AI voice agents that share the same configuration — routine, voice, phone number, and schedule. Manage all your fleets from the dashboard.


Creating a Fleet

Click Create Fleet on the Fleets page to launch the 7-step wizard. Each step is optional except the name and type. You can always come back and fill in missing pieces later.

New fleets are created in Draft status. They won't make or receive calls until you activate them.

Fleet Status

DraftNot yet active. Configure your fleet before going live.
ActiveLive and handling calls. Agents are working.
PausedTemporarily stopped. No calls will be made or received.
ArchivedDeactivated permanently. Data is retained but agents are offline.

Fleet Detail Page

Click any fleet from the list to see its detail page. Here you'll find:

  • Stats cards — Total calls, minutes used, success rate, payments collected
  • Configuration — Current routine, voice, phone number at a glance
  • Schedule — Calling hours, timezone, active days
  • Active/Pause toggle — Quickly enable or disable the fleet

Fleet Settings

From the fleet detail page, click Settings to access:

  • General — Edit fleet name and description
  • Schedule — Change timezone, calling hours, and active days
  • Capacity — Adjust the number of concurrent agents (1-20)
  • Outbound Settings — Calls per minute, max retries, retry delay
  • Danger Zone — Delete the fleet (requires typing the fleet name to confirm)

Real-Time Updates

The fleet list and detail pages use real-time listeners. When a call completes or stats update, you'll see the changes immediately without refreshing the page.
