Getting Started
Go from sign-up to your first AI phone call. No coding or phone system knowledge required.
1. Create Your Account
Visit the FleetDial dashboard and click Sign Up. Enter your email and a password. You'll receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account.
Once verified, you'll be redirected to the dashboard. Every new account starts with a free 30-minute trial — no credit card required.
2. Create Your First Fleet
A fleet is a group of AI voice agents that share the same script, voice, and phone number. Click Create Fleet to launch the 7-step wizard:
3. Assign a Phone Number
If you skipped the phone number step during fleet creation, head to the Phone Numbers page in the sidebar. Search by area code, state, or city, then purchase a number. Once purchased, assign it to your fleet from the fleet settings page.
4. Activate and Test
Go to your fleet's detail page and toggle the fleet to Active. Your AI agents are now live. For inbound fleets, call the assigned number from your phone to test. For outbound fleets, your agents will begin calling contacts based on the campaign schedule.
Tip: Test before going live
Call your fleet's number yourself first to hear how the AI agent sounds. You can adjust the routine, voice, and persona at any time from the fleet settings.
5. Monitor Results
The fleet detail page shows real-time stats: total calls, minutes used, success rate, and payments collected. For deeper insights, visit the Analytics page to see trends, outcomes, and call transcripts.
