Phone Numbers

Every fleet needs a phone number. Search available numbers, purchase instantly, and assign them to your fleets.

Searching for Numbers

Navigate to Phone Numbers in the sidebar and click Get a Number. You can search by:

• Area code — Find numbers in a specific area code (e.g., 212 for New York)
• State — Browse numbers by U.S. state
• City — Search by city name
• Number type — Local, toll-free, or mobile

Purchasing a Number

Once you find a number you like, click Purchase. The number is provisioned instantly through our telephony partner. Numbers cost $2-5/month depending on the type.

You can also purchase a number directly during fleet creation in the wizard's Phone Number step.

Assigning to a Fleet

A phone number can be assigned to one fleet at a time. To assign:

1. Go to the fleet's settings page
2. Select the number from the dropdown under Phone Number
3. Save changes

Inbound calls to that number will be routed to your fleet's AI agents automatically.

Releasing a Number

If you no longer need a number, you can release it from the Phone Numbers page. Releasing a number removes it from your account and stops the monthly charge.
